Trivia[]
- The adaptation of the dub is inconsistent, since although many names of the RAI dub are maintained, others are changed to adapt to the grammar of the English language on which the dub is based, using words such as Mister, or Miss, as is in English. While this is understandable, it makes little sense, as the series is set in Switzerland and Germany, and there they's spoken in German, not English.
- The Stardust distributor sold several VHSs in the 90s with this dub, but these, curiously, included illustrations of Heidi and other characters with a different design. Although it was common for illustrations drawn by the distributors themselves to be used at that time, these at least emulated the style of the original series. The artwork on the Stardust VHS covers were very different from the original anime, and they were certainly weird.
