Iyuno Czech Republic (formerly known as Iyuno-SDI Group, Prague, SDI Media Czech Republic, SDI Sun Studio Central Europe, SDI Media Central Europe and Dubtracks) is a Czech recording studio located in Prague and is a part of Iyuno.
History[]
Dubtracks was a Czech dubbing studio founded on December 21, 2000. SDI Media bought the studio and renamed it SDI Media Central Europe on December 21, 2005.[1][2]
From 2006 the studio became SDI Sun Studio Central Europe, but while in 2010 it was already operating under the name SDI Media Czech Republic, its legal registrations under the previous name continued until 2014.[3][4]
At the end of 2013, the studio moved to the current facilities, still in Prague.[3]
On April 1, 2021, SDI Media was acquired by Iyuno Media Group, and with the merger of both, Iyuno-SDI Group was born, which resulted in the absorption of SDI Media Czech Republic, thus renaming it to Iyuno-SDI Group, Prague. On October 26, 2022, the company was renamed again to Iyuno and the Czech branch is now called Iyuno Czech Republic, although its records continued to refer the company as SDI Media Czech Republic until January 17, 2024.[5][3]
