Iyuno Indonesia (formerly known as Iyuno-SDI Group, Jakarta, Iyuno Media Group Indonesia, BTI Studios Indonesia, Medi-Lan Indonesia, i-Yuno Media Group Indonesia or SDI Media Indonesia) is an Indonesian recording studio located in Pondok Indah, Jakarta and is part of Iyuno.
History[]
Medi-Lan / BTI Studios[]
Medi-Lan Indonesia was the Indonesian branch of the Hongkongese localization company Media-Lan, established in early 2010s.
On 30 April 2015, BTI Studios acquired Medi-Lan, changing the name of the Indonesian branch to BTI Studios Indonesia in April 2016.[1]
SDI Media[]
SDI Media Indonesia was the Indonesian branch of SDI Media founded between March and early June 2007.
Iyuno[]
i-Yuno Media Group Indonesia was the Indonesian branch of the ‘i-Yuno Media Group’ founded in 2012. Before it opened, i-Yuno controlled MCPro Studio through a joint venture.[2]
On September 12, 2019, Iyuno Media Group acquired BTI Studios, moving BTI's projects in Indonesia to Iyuno's facilities in the country, which dictated the closure of BTI Studios' Indonesian headquarters.[3]
On April 1, 2021, SDI Media was acquired by Iyuno Media Group, which led to the merger of the two companies and, consequently, the same happened with the Hongkongese subsidiaries of both, creating Iyuno-SDI Group, Indonesia. Sometime in 2022, the former SDI Media studio was closed and, since October 26 the studio, just as the other global studios of the group, was renamed to Iyuno Indonesia.[4]
