Iyuno Italy (formerly known as Iyuno-SDI Group, Italy, SDI Media Italy, Multimedia Network and La BiBi.it) is a Italian recording studio located in Rome and Milan and is part of Iyuno.

It handles Italian dubbing for films and series.

History[]

Recandub Group[]

La BiBi.it was founded on 1989, while Multimedia Network was founded back in 1999.[1]

In 2017, both studios set up their own syndicate, the Recandub Group. On November 30, 2018, both studios were acquired by BTI Studios.[2]

SDI Media[]

SDI Media Italy was set up in Milan on July 27, 2012, while the Rome branch was opened in June 2014.[3][4]

Iyuno[]

On September 12, 2019, BTI Studios merged with Iyuno Media Group, following its purchase by Iyuno, which meant that Iyuno began to control the Italian facilities recently purchased by BTI.[5]

On April 1, 2021, SDI Media was acquired by Iyuno Media Group, which led to the extinction of the former BTI companies (still operating separately), and their merger with the SDI studios, where they would all be managed by the newer Iyuno-SDI Group, Italy. On October 26, 2022, the studio, just as the other global studios of the group, was renamed to Iyuno Italy.[6]
