Trivia[]
- Throughout the entirety of the first season, the dub removes almost every single explicit reference to Gundam that was present in the original script: the only exceptions are episodes 19a (in a scene where Keroro tries to convince a kid to buy a mask of his face instead of a Gundam one) and 36a (which features a gag where Keroro compares Fuyuki sleeping under a kotatsu to the Dendrobium from Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory, with the narrator showing the actual Dendrobium on-screen to explain it to those who may not know what it is). Outside of those two scenes, every other reference to the Gundam franchise is excised with the mechas from the series being referred to as generic "robot toys". Season 2 begins referring to them as Gundam, albeit simplifying a bit some lines to make certain references comprehensible to those who don't know the franchise.
