Monkie Kid is the French dub of the show of the same name. It premiered on Cartoon Network France on November 12, 2022.

Prior to its television premiere on November 12, the first episode was made available a week early for MyCANAL subscribers.^[1]

On March 22, 2023, the dub became available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video in France after the launch of the Warner Pass channel on the service.

Sometime during February 2024, the French dub was added onto the HBO Max servers, but was hidden from the Audio Selection tab. This is likely done in preparation for the Max launch in France and Belgium. It was previously missing on the episodes "Bad Weather", "Pig Pong Panic", "Minor Scale", and "Embrace Your Destiny", but have since been added after the rebrand.

LEGO Monkie Kid was included during Max's launch in Europe on May 21, 2024, and the French Dub became available on the service in France and Benelux regions on June 11.

Censorship[]

The only unique case of censorship for this dub occurs in "Monkie Kid: A Hero is Born", during the scene where Princess Iron Fan attacks MK. The visuals are slowed down to censor the part where MK gets thrown through the lava, causing desync with the audio. However, it goes back to normal after this scene.
- The scene was kept as it was in the original version on Max.
