La regina delle nevi is one of several Italian dubs of Снежная Королева.
This dub is based on the second English dub of the film, and as such it's missing the whole part with the Old Fairy.
The dub later got a second release in 1994, as part of the Fantasie di fiabe subline. As the tapes released under that line had all a fixed run of 40 minutes, this means that 10 minutes of footage were cut from this rerelease in order to fit in.
