Lizemijn Libgott (born 24 May 1980, in Huizen) is a Dutch voice actress, singer, cartoon animator, and calligrapher. She is best known for being the voice of Fluttershy in both Dutch dubs of the 2010 animated TV series, My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, as well as Candace Flynn and Baljeet Tjinder in Phineas and Ferb and Tikki in Miraculous Ladybug.
At the age of 16, Libgott studied classical solo singing in the young talent class of the conservatory in The Hague. She started dubbing work after winning a TV-talent contest organized by the SBS6-program Shownieuws. Since then, she has been lending her voice to animated films and TV shows, video games, and TV commercials. Libgott has also allegedly made animations for Disney, MTV, the State Lottery (Staatsloterij), and Red Bull, among others.
