Looney Tunes (also known as Sevimli Kahramanlar) is the Turkish dub of the show of the same name. The series was is one of the earliest cartoons to be broadcast in Türkiye. The dubbing process began in the 1960s, thanks to TRT (which was the only television channel in Türkiye at the time). In 1968, the series officially started to air on TRT. From that time to present; Turkish VHS tapes, VCDs, and several TV channels have used TRT Studios' Turkish recordings for the show, allowing TRT's dub to remain in circulation for many years, even after the series stopped airing on TRT. The show's run on TRT concluded with the opening of numerous private channels in 1990s, after which TRT Studios discontinued the dubbing of the series.
As the series transitioned to private mainstream channels, all shorts were redubbed with new voice actors, replacing the original TRT cast. This led to the creation of a completely new dubbing cast for the characters.
In 1990, Star 1 (now known as Star TV) began broadcasting the series, alongside its spin-off shows such as Tiny Toon Adventures and Taz-Mania. In 1998, the series moved to Kanal D, the flagship channel of Doğan Yayın Holding, at which point the series' title was changed to Sevimli Kahramanlar (translating to Cute Heroes). When Demirören Media acquired Doğan Yayın Holding in 2018, they retained the Turkish title Sevimli Kahramanlar. All TV channels and streaming services under Doğan Yayın Holding, Ciner Media, and Demirören Media continued to use the name Sevimli Kahramanlar for the series.

After Kanal D, private mainstream channels continued to utilize the dubbing casts and recordings from private dubbing studios several years later. This new voice cast also provided recordings for special DVD and VCD sets, as well as for some classic Looney Tunes films that were aired on television and released on VCDs.
