Mamoun Al Rifai is a Syrian actor, born in the village of Al-Maghara in Idlib, graduated from the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts in Syria in 1981, and became a member of the Artists Syndicate in the same year. He has presented many cinematic and television works. He works as a dubber for dramas and movies; in addition to being a dubber, he is a producer and art supervisor for anime and cartoon works at the Venus Centre.
