Mari Lerberg Fossum is a Norwegian actress and singer. Her stage debut was in the role of Sofie in Mamma Mia! at Folketeateret in Oslo.

In Sweden, where she is educated at Högskolan för scen och musik, (formerly Teaterhögskolan) in Gothenburg, she has played Natalie in Next to Normal, Fredrica in A Little Night Music, and Clara in Stephen Sondheim's Passion at Spira and Norrlandsopera. She has also performed as a soloist at the Gothenburg Opera and with the Gothenburg Wind Orchestra.

At home in Norway, she has, among other things, played roles such as Belle in Beauty and the Beast, Valencienne in The Glad Widow, the Red Dwarf Girl in Christmas in Blåfjell and Maria in Jesus Christ Superstar and others. In the spring of 2018, she went on tour with the Riksteateret as Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz, and was nominated for musical artist of the year by Musikkteaterforum . In 2019, she played one of the main roles in the original performance of the Operette om Mack at Hålogaland theater and in 2020, she was part of the audition in Til ettertiden (together separately) at Oslo Nye Teater.
