Mermaid Melody is the European Portuguese dub of マーメイドメロディーぴちぴちピッチ. It has previously aired on Canal Panda and Panda Biggs. In Angola, it also aired on TPA 2 in the Kidybué block.[1]
Broadcast history[]
The anime was broadcast in Portugal translated in European Portuguese on Canal Panda airing all the 91 episodes and Panda Biggs (currently Biggs) later aired season 2. The broadcast started on December 20, 2008 and ended on April 5, 2009 for the first run on Canal Panda. The second season started being broadcast on Panda Biggs from 9 December, 2009 to March 28, 2010. It was adapted into Portuguese by the European Spanish dub of the anime, hinting that all censorship and changes were also shown in this dub. The timeslots for the 1st season were 07:30, 12:00 and 20:00 while Pure's ones where 14:00 and 22:00.
