Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch is the American English dub of マーメイドメロディーぴちぴちピッチ.
History[]
The anime was adapted into English by ADV for English-speaking territories. The rights were purchased in June 6, 2004 and the dub was completed in 2006. However, when ADV tried to find a TV broadcaster for the dub, no channel existed that wanted to air it because it was aiming too much at girls. As said by the director of the dub. Only a promo for the dub was released before the end of the company in 2009. Episodes of this dub are currently on TV Aichi's files. However, there is no mention for any upcoming release of it.
