Michel Elias (born February 18, 1948) is a French actor, voice actor, singer, with some of the most well known French dubbing roles Including Rufus and Dr. Drakken in Kim Possible and Pumbaa in The Lion King franchise.
He also provided the French voices of Mr. Bump, Mr. Fussy, Mr. Messy, Mr. Stubborn and Mr. Tickle in the Mr. Men Show. Intermittently, has dubbed several Main Muppet Characters, most often Rowlf and Dr. Teeth. His first Muppet assignment was The Muppets, the French dub of The Muppet Movie, as the Kermit the Frog and several others. He dubbed Miss Piggy in Noël chez les Muppets and returned to dub multiple characters in Le Nouveau Muppet Show and Disney+ redubs of The Muppet Show episodes. Elias has been a voice actor since the 1970s, most often in animation, heard in French feature films as Papa Smurf in La flûte à six Schtroumpfs, Snake Feather in the Lucky Luke film The Ballad of the Daltons, Silbad in the scifi Les maitres du temps, and minor roles in Asterix in Britain. He dubbed Donald Duck in the 1980s (Including Who Framed Roger Rabbit and DuckTales), The cave of Wonders and Gazeem in Aladdin, Zangief in Wreck-It Ralph and Owen on Gargoyles. In Commercials Elias voiced Mr. Happy for McDonalds and Wario in Nintendo Commercials.
