Moisés Palacios is a Mexican actor and dubbing director, with over 45 years of experience. Amongst other production roles, he also works as a musician, theater actor, and part-time radio host. Over in Latin America, some of his best known roles include Cogsworth in the Beauty and the Beast trilogy, Fozzie Bear in The Muppets, Ultron in Avengers: Age of Ultron, and Randall Boggs in the Monsters, Inc. films; Palacios also serves as the semi-official voice for Woody Allen, dubbing him in films such as Antz.
Palacios is married to Mariana Filio, and was good friends with the late Juan Domingo Méndez. He was one of the dubbing teachers of actress Ileana Escalante.
