Notes[]

  • Monster High and Ever After High share dubbing director in both English (Audu Paden) and Spanish (Gaby Cárdenas).
  • In some episodes "Monster High" was translated as "Secundaria Monster".
  • In episode 21, Lagoona pronounces Heath's name as "Jeit".
  • In the third season, many scnees and memories from past seasons are shown; All of these scenes were redubbed but with little change in the dialogues.
  • Headless Headmistress Bloodgood has a horse named Nightmare. In the Mexican dubbing they are sometimes called Pesadilla, Pesadillas or Nightmare, while in the Colombian dubbing they were always called Pesadilla.
  • In the Colombian dubbing, Spectra's blog "Ghostly Gossip" was given several translations, such as "Chismorreo fantasmal" or "Rumores fantasma".
  • From the third season the episodes began to have a certain disorder in terms of release dates. This situation was brought under control in June 2013.
  • In the original version, Rochelle has a French accent, while in the dub she speaks without an accent. This is somewhat strange as other accents like Abbey's have been retained.
  • In the fourth season, the name of Granite City High School was translated as "Ciudad Granito", while in the TV specials it was never translated.
  • In the TV specials, the name of Dombai (Dubai) was translated as Diablai, while in the fifth season it was not translated.
  • This was the last animated series in the franchise where the dubbing actress Christine Byrd plays the character of Robecca Steam, due to her retirement from dubbing since 2016, due to her residence in the United States since 2014.
Dubbing errors
  • A place called "Gloom Beach" has been translated as "Playa oscura" in Colombia and "Playa sombría" in Mexico, however in episode 40 Draculaura says "...pero nunca me buscaste en Gloom Beach".
  • The title of episode 56, "Phantom of the Opry", was translated as "El fantasma de la Opereta"; Opretta's name was misspelled with one "t" instead of two.
  • In the second season, a character called "Scary Murphy" is seen, whose name is translated as "Temerosa Murphy". She is referred to with her English name in episode 62.
