In RCTI & GTV airings, a lot of scenes are censored/cut out.
- The scene where one of the rebels gets punched in the face for asking "What kind of cake?" is cut out.
- The scene where Mr. Peabody "gets his head chopped off" is mostly censored
- In the part where Mr. Peabody explains his plan on how he faked it, it's uncensored there.
- The scene where Mr. Peabody rips Robespierre's pants off is cut out.
- The scene where Robespierre gets his head hit with a manhole cover is cut out, causing a mixing error.
- In the "My Beautiful Boy" scene, the part where Sherman's diaper slips off while meeting Mahatma Gandhi is cut out.
- The scene where Mr. Peabody and Sherman escape from the butt of the Great Sphinx of Giza is cut out.
- The scene where Mr. Peabody gets his head stuck on a painting of a woman is cut out.
- The scene where Robespierre gets tased by a police officer is cut out.
- In the ending scene, the part where Robespierre tases himself is uncut.
- The scene where Ms. Grunion gets hit by the nose of the Great Sphinx of Giza is cut out.

Errors[]
- After the scene where Robespierre gets his head hit with a manhole cover is cut out, the audio gets delayed by a few seconds before going back to normal.
