Notes[]

The official soundtrack cover.
- As of September 18, 6 of the 7 songs from the dub's soundtrack are available officially on Spotify, iTunes, Amazon and Google Play, along with the 3 promotional songs from Rainbow Rocks under the title "My Little Pony Equestria Girls: Friendship Games (Spanish)". This is the first time this has happened in generation 4 of My Little Pony.
- Circe Luna was unable to voice Sunset Shimmer in the animated shorts, due to her being in the hospital at the time of recording, so she had to be replaced by Claudia Motta, Applejack's and Sweetie Drops' voice actor.
- A similar occurrence happened with Javier Olguín, who was unable to voice Flash Sentry, due to him being on holiday[3]. This lead to him being replaced by Bruno Coronel.
- Maggie Vera had hinted that the bloopers were dubbed into Latin American Spanish, however, no footage of them have surfaced online.[4]
Errors[]
This is the first film in the Equestria Girls franchise to have numerous dubbing errors.
- At the start of the movie, Sunset Shimmer says that everything is fine at "Crystal School" , when she should have said Canterlot School.
- Prior to the triple relay competition, Cinch calls Sunny Flare Sunny Storm.
- When Midnight Sparkle destroys the Wondercolt's statue, there is a lipsync error when Sunset Shimmer says "Equestria!".
- In one of Sunset Shimmer's final lines, "the truest part of ourselves" (tran. lit: la parte más real de nosotras) was translated as "the most honest part of us".
- At the Motocross competition, Rainbow Dash says "What a finish!", a phrase that was originally attributed to Dean Cadence.
- In the final scene, Twilight refers to time travel, but in the dub it is erroneously translated as travel between dimensions.
