Notes[]

  • This is the first Latin American Spanish dub of a My Little Pony film to include startalents.
  • Maggie Vera returned as the director of dialogue, songs, and voice casting, after having directed previous media in generations 3.5 and 4, most notably the Latin American Spanish dub of Friendship Is Magic. Likewise, Juan Carlos Cortés returns as the translator.
  • This is the first appearance of Paulina Goto and Vadhir Derbez in dubbing.
    • Paulina received training from a personal coach before dubbing as Pipp.
  • Throughout the dub, some locations are accidentally mentioned by their English names alongside the Spanish names (examples include Bahía Yeguamar as Maretime Bay, El Bosque de la Herradura as Bridlewood).
  • Leslie Gil and Samanta Figueroa, who played Sunny and Pipp respectively in the trailers for the movie, would go on to voice these characters in future installments in the franchise.
