- Like some of the other dubs, "The Sneeze Song", "Rule 4 That", "Party Party Party", "Street Heart", "Sweetest Time of the Year", "Ain't Gonna Wait", "Don't Lose Your Groove", "Opaline's Song", "Fresh", "Up", "Magic In Us" (which is a song that originally from Make Your Mark), "A Little Bit of You" are left in the original English version with French subtitles on-screen due to budget cuts.
- Despite this, "My Bananas" still was dubbed in the episode of the same name but left undubbed in "Opaline Alone".
- Due to the complete cast change in the second season where nobody was credited, a false rumor circulated that claimed the voice actors had been replaced by artificial intelligence. The rumor was spread by a French brony by the name of Guillaume Troton, who falsely claimed to work for Hasbro and had told Matthieu Meunier that he had been replaced by AI, and he in turn had spread this rumor by telling the rest of the cast about it.[1]
- Hasbro themselves replied to Equestria Daily announcing the rumor, confirming that they had never used AI across the show's entire run.[2]
