Plot[]
The main drama of telenovela revolves around two families, the Montenegros and the Gómez-Lunas. They live in constant rivalry, since some years ago, Arturo Montenegro and Eladio Gómez-Luna, fought for the love of Julia Vallado, who finally married Eladio. Since then, Julia has lived unhappily, due to the mistreatment and humiliation of her husband. Julia only finds peace in her son David, a kind young man who is totally different from his father. Also living with them is Eladio's envious godson, Franco, who turns out to be his illegitimate son, and Julia's niece, Gabriela, who has a hidden relationship with Franco.
