Percy Jackson and the Olympians is an American TV series on Disney+, based on the novel series of the same name by Rick Riordan. It is produced by Disney Branded Television, 20th Television, and the Gotham Group.
The first season tells the fantastical story of a 12-year-old modern demigod, Percy Jackson, who's just coming to terms with his newfound divine powers when the sky god Zeus accuses him of stealing his master lightning bolt. With help from his friends Grover and Annabeth, Percy must embark on an adventure of a lifetime to find it and restore order to Olympus.

Percy Jackson and the Olympians was scheduled to premiere its first two episodes on December 20th, 2023 but were dropped early on December 19th on both Disney+ and Hulu.[1] The series will release weekly episodes on Disney+.
