Pinky, Elmyra & the Brain is an American animated series made by Warner Bros. Animation and Amblin Entertainment, which aired on Kids' WB from September 19, 1998 to April 10, 1999. The series is a retooling of Pinky and the Brain, with the titular mice being joined by Elmyra Duff from Tiny Toon Adventures. It was a standalone program for a while, until being split up into segments as part of The Cat&Birdy Warneroonie PinkyBrainy Big Cartoonie Show along with segments from other Warner Bros. cartoons.

The series starts with ACME Labs destroyed (it would then be converted into a Dissy Store), leaving Pinky and the Brain homeless and on the run from a man named Wally Faust. Pinky and the Brain finally end up in a pet store and take refuge inside a turtle; they are still inside the turtle when it is purchased by Elmyra Duff and named Mr. Shellbutt. In their new home, Pinky and the Brain continue to attempt new methods of trying to take over the world while at the same time enduring, and later accepting and adjusting to, Elmyra's affection.

The series received low ratings and negative receptions from fans and only received a short run with only one season and 13 episodes. It also resulted in the series being retconned out of canon in the 2020 reboot of Animaniacs, where Pinky said that he stayed in the ACME Labs for twenty-two years to prepare for one of his new world domination plan in the first new Pinky and the Brain segment.
