Power Rangers (also known as Power Rangers : Mighty Morphin) is the French dub of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. It was first aired on the TF1 block Club Dorothée on April 13, 1994, several months after its' U.S. premiere. Season 2 aired on the same block on July 22, 1995. The third season would follow on May 28, 1996 on the same block. All 155 episodes were covered for the French dub.
Before Power Rangers was even created, keep note that France was previously already accustomed to airing dubbed versions of the original Japanese Super Sentai shows. In the past from mid-1985 until early 1994, they have aired seven different Sentai shows, so they wouldn't be unfamiliar with the concept of different colored superheroes formed as part of a team fighting evil.
Saban would later purchase the rights to adapt the Super Sentai works from Toei into Power Rangers and it would get intense popularity and be given international distribution worldwide. Starting in 1994, most of the world that have already aired Sentai have switched to airing Power Rangers, with France included due to competition taking place. As a result, this was dubbed into French instead of its' original Japanese counterpart. Although neighboring Asian regions still continue to air dubbed versions of Super Sentai shows as well as Power Rangers as two separate series.

Trivia[]
- The series premiered in France on April 13, 1994, exactly one year later after 鳥人戦隊ジェットマン aired with its' French dub, on the same channel.
- When the series was premiering on TF1 through the Club Dorothée block, the series was announced by Dorothée herself as the sequel to Bioman 3: Liveman (超獣戦隊ライブマン).
- While the series was praised just as much as Bioman did when it aired in the region, it also received backlash for being an "Americanized Bioman," which is ironic given that there were plans for an American adaptation of said show, before being rejected.
