The Primos Main Title Theme is the opening theme song to the 2024 Disney Channel animated series Primos, which is written by Alana Da Fonseca, Bobby Studley and Natasha Kline. It is played at the beginning of every episode.

When the show was slated for its initial 2023 release, this version of the theme song was released on Disney Branded Television's official social media accounts. However, this caused the series to receive massive backlash online, mainly from Mexicans and other Latin American communities. In regards to the theme song lyrically, the incorrect Spanish was criticized (the "¡Oye! ¡Primos!" lyric makes more sense as "¡Oigan!"), and the name of the character Cookita was also criticized for its vulgar connotations.
This version of the theme was soon removed from Disney's social medias, and the show eventually released a year later with multiple edits that addressed the backlash. In regards to the theme song lyrically, "¡Oye! ¡Primos!" remained the same as this was an intentional choice, referencing Tater's inexperience in Spanish, but Cookita's name was changed to Lucita, which is Tonita's original name.

- Tater's cousins sing the roll call. Some have different names.
- Notably, this version still features the infamous original "Cookita" name for Lucita, with Toñita being called Lucita instead.
- After the later final lyrics, Tater says "I was complaining; this isn't supposed to be a party!", followed by another "¡Oye! ¡Primos!".
