Rahmad Ilmanto

Rahmad Ilmanto, also known synonymously as Hilman, is an Indonesian voice actor. Some of his most notable dubbing roles include Sasuke and Kakashi in GTV dub of Naruto and Zuko in Avatar: The Last Airbender.
