Roser Vilches is a Spanish voice actress and dubbing director. Her sister, Estela Vilches, is also a voice actress.
She's known for voicing Gretchen Grundler in Recess (also in Recess: School's Out, Recess: Taking the Fifth Grade, Recess: All Growed Down and Lilo & Stitch: The Series), Chip in Beauty and the Beast (1991), Astro Boy in the 2003 series of the same name (also in the 2009 film of the same name), Danielle in Lady and the Tramp II: Scamp's Adventure, Veruca Salt in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and Amanda Thripp in Matilda.
