Ruhaiyah Ibrahim (born May 8, 1966) is a Malaysian voice actress. She is perhaps most well known as the Malay voice of Doraemon in the titular franchise. Some of her other notable dubbing roles include Mrs. Puff and Pearl in the first eight seasons of SpongeBob SquarePants. Her husband Osman Abdullah and son Ammar Daniel Osman are also voice actors.
