Rui Jorge Ramalho de Aguiar Oliveira is a Portuguese actor born on September 28, 1964.

He has been a professional actor since 1986, having collaborated with several companies in Porto such as Seiva Trupe, Teatro Nacional de S. João, Palmilha Dentada and even with Teatro de Marionetas do Porto, since he is also a puppeteer.

In television, he participated in Os Andrades, Clube Paraíso, Os Nosso Dias Conta-me Como Foi, and regularly does voice-overs for television and cinema. In cinema, he made a brief appearance in Vale Abraão, by Manoel de Oliveira, and Uma Vida Sublime, by Luís Diogo. He also made several short films such as Noite Gélida em Castelo Branco and Noite Fria em Castelo Branco.

In 2001, he was the founder of ACARO – a theater company – having staged several of the company's shows. In 2003, he founded the CONTAGIARTE space in Porto, where he assumed the position of technical and artistic director.
