Scrooge (also known as A Christmas Carol in the United States) is a 1951 British Christmas fantasy drama film based on Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol (1843). With a screenplay by Noel Langley and production and direction by Brian Desmond Hurst, it stars Alastair Sim as Ebenezer Scrooge.

The film's initial reception was mixed, but it eventually turned mainly good, with overall praise going to the cast's performances, particularly Sim's portrayal of Scrooge.
