Sesame English is a series created by Sesame Workshop in collaboration with Berlitz International to be used as a tool to help aid in ESL (English as a Second Language). The series revolves around Tingo, a Muppet monster character, who helps teach the audience English with simple phrases and vocabulary.

Dubs of this series are unique, in that only 30-50% of Tingo's dialogue is dubbed, when talking directly to the viewer, as a way to bridge the gap between the chosen language and English.
