- In the original Japanese version and Manga, Crona's sex is left ambiguous (the creator himself often stating "I don't know"). In the English dub, male pronouns are used to refer to Crona. Funimation has admitted that they settled with this rule because they felt that "it" would have been insulting to Crona as a character.
