- In "Bubble Bass's Tab", some scenes are cut for unknown reasons.
- In "Kooky Cooks", the food fight scene is cut, as the scene is considered inappropriate and could be easily imitated by viewers, especially children.
- Season 13
- In "Upturn Girls", the scene where Narlene chews gum is cut, as the scene is considered gross.
- Other
- All scenes that are deemed too dangerous, violent, or disgusting by the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission are cut, as well as scenes where characters say words that are considered rude such as "stupid", "moron", "idiot", and "dumb" which are muted by GTV.
Notes[]
- The SpongeBob SquarePants Theme Song was not dubbed into Indonesian and remained in English.
Errors[]
- Season 2
- In "Band Geeks",
- When Patrick raises his hand and asks, "Is mayonnaise an instrument?", it was translated as "Apa ranjau termasuk instrumen?", which actually means "Is landmine an instrument?". Squidward then responds with "No, Patrick. Mayonnaise is not an instrument", which was translated as "Bukan, Patrick. Ranjau bukan instrumen", meaning "No, Patrick. Landmine is not an instrument".
- When Patrick raises his hand again, Squidward says, "Horseradish is not an instrument either", which was translated as "Balap kuda juga bukan instrumen", meaning "Horse racing is not an instrument either".
- Other
- In some episodes, Gary's meows are muted.
Inconsistencies[]
- In some episodes, certain characters may be translated differently.
- The Flying Dutchman is sometimes translated as "Belanda Terbang". One example of this character translation can be found in the episode "SpongeBob SquarePants vs. The Big One".
- Mrs. Puff can be translated as "Nyonya Puff" or "Ibu Puff", but the correct translation is "Nyonya Puff". Almost all episodes tend to use the name "Nyonya Puff" for this character. Meanwhile, "Ibu Puff" can be found in the episode "Nautical Novice".
