Stefán Karl Stefánsson (born July 10, 1975; died August 21, 2018) was an Icelandic actor and singer. He was best known for portraying Robbie Rotten, the antagonist of the children's television series LazyTown in both the original English version and the Icelandic dub.
He passed away on August 21, 2018, after battling bile duct cancer for around 2 years. He was 43 years old at the time of passing.
