Strange World is the Indonesian dub of the film of the same name. It was released on Disney+ Hotstar on December 23, 2022 alongside the Malay dub.

The film was intended to be released in English in Indonesian theaters on November 23, 2022, but its theatrical release was eventually pulled by Disney over censorship concerns arising from the film's portrayal of a gay romance between Ethan Clade and his boyfriend Diazo.[1] Homosexuality is widely frowned upon in Indonesia, though not illegal (except in the Sharia law-abiding Aceh province).
Instead, the film (and its Indonesian dub) was released uncensored on Disney+ Hotstar in the country on December 23, 2022, due to a lack of regulation covering streaming services.[2]
