Sven Plate

Sven Plate is a German voice actor, voice director and he adapts scripts for dubbing.

Biography[]

Sven Plate has rarely been seen as an actor, including as a child actor in a stage play alongside Georg Thomalla.

Thanks to his distinctive, soft and bright voice, he is known to a wide audience. He mainly dubs teenagers and young men.

Plate also runs a voice actor channel on TikTok, on Instagram and on YouTube (@jaypla1), where he presents voice actors in short, humorous videos in the #dereinminutenstar (#theoneminutestar) section.

His sister is the actress Christina Plate.
