Taleb Al Refaei (Arabic: طالب الرفاعي) is a Syrian actor and voice actor. He has been working at Venus Centre since 2008 in many departments, including translation, proofreading, preparation, acting and supervision. He is the cousin of the late Syrian actor Ziad Al-Rifai, a relative of the actor Wael Sharaf and the late artist Subhi Al-Rifai, and the voice actir Basil Al-Rifai.
His most notable dubbing role is as Inspector Yamamura in Detective Conan, Marius in Les Misérables, and Bassem (Ryudo) in Animal Detectives. In addition to his roles in The Pink Panther Part Two and many others, he is one of the most prominent representatives of Venus Centre.
