Tama and Friends is the English dub of 3丁目のタマ うちのタマ知りませんか?. It was produced and handled by 4Kids Entertainment, although the dub itself was recorded by TAJ Productions. This dub is notable for having a unique theme song (most likely due to the original theme songs of the Japanese version being pre-existing songs composed by Yumi Tanimura, Atsuhiro Tsuru and Yuko Kumai that would require licensing for use outside of Japan), several renamed characters, and multiple changes to episode plotlines from the original Japanese versions, as is typical with many 4Kids anime dubs. For example, the English dubbed episode "Top Secret Tama" uses a secret agent plotline that was not in 3丁目ラビリンス (3 Chōme Labyrinth), the original Japanese episode it was based off of.
Additionally, the French and Italian dubs were based off of this English dub, sharing many of its character name changes.

- This dub was originally licensed to appear on the Canadian children's cable channel YTV[3]. However, when the dub actually aired in Canada, it aired on YTV's sister channel Treehouse TV instead.
- The movie 3丁目のタマ おねがい!モモちゃんを捜して!! was partially dubbed by 4Kids into English[4][5], however a full version of this dub is not known to exist. It is likely that the only known footage of this dub are the only dubbed parts of the movie.
