Initially, the theme song was created for when the series was titled "Polly and the Zhu Zhu Pets". When the show was renamed (with any instance of "Polly" being redubbed to "Frankie"), the lyrics were slightly rewritten and the vocals were re-recorded. The "Polly" version was used up to episode 7b, "Zhuper Girl".
