Tonino Accolla was an Italian actor, voice actor, and dubbing director. He had an extensive career in Italian dubbing, being the voice for actors including Eddie Murphy, Mickey Rourke, Tom Hanks, Jim Carrey, Billy Crystal, and many more. His more notable roles were in animation; he’s best remembered in Italy for voicing Homer Simpson in seasons 1-23 of The Simpsons, as well as Timon in The Lion King, and Mike Wazowski in Monsters, Inc..
