Totally Spies! - Che magnifiche spie! is the Italian dub of Totally Spies!. It began airing on March 3, 2003 on Italia 1. Starting from July 14, 2014, new episodes from the fifth and sixth seasons are broadcasted on Super!. Reruns used to be shown on Fox Kids/Jetix, Disney Channel, Boing, Pop and Cartoonito. It currently streams on Amazon Prime Video.

The series premiered on Italia 1 on March 3, 2003, and aired there for its first four seasons until early 2007. During the broadcast on the channel, two original openings composed for the series were used. The first, entitled "Che magnifiche spie" is sung by Cristina D'Avena, while the second is performed by YAGO and Missbit and is called "Totally Spies". Reruns began showing on Jetix in the fall of 2003 and on Boing and Disney Channel between 2008 and 2009, but with the original theme songs (i.e. "Here We Go" and its instrumental version) used instead.
On March 18, 2012, Super! began re-airing the show's first four seasons, and started broadcasting new episodes from the fifth and sixth seasons on July 14, 2014. Re-runs of the first four seasons returned on the channel Pop on June 10, 2017, while the fifth season was re-broadcasted by Cartoonito starting from July 5, 2021. The show is currently available to stream on Prime Video for its first four seasons.
