Troetelbeertjes is the Dutch dub of Care Bears and The Care Bears Family. It ran on NPO 2 which was broadcasted by VARA in the Netherlands from August 27, 1986 to October 2, 1988. It had also aired on Ketnet starting October 17, 2004. As well, the dub has aired on Fox Kids, Sky Channel, and RTL Telekids, as well as on BRT in Belgium.
In 2005, up to ten DVDs were released in the Netherlands by Company of Kids, featuring the Dutch dub, with a total of up to thirty episodes. In contrast to the version broadcast by VARA, these DVDs do not contain any on-screen localization, meaning that the Dutch logo isn't used, but the English logo instead; As well, the Dutch actors and staff were no longer credited, instead only showing the original English credits.
