There is a user named Mihaitutaru, a Romanian boy from Câmpulung, Argeș, who blocked me on Mihsignvision for no reasons. I was trying to make a page here, but he blocked me and deleted the page. He was blocked on other wikis for inserting false information and other reasons. Do not talk to this user, as he will block you from the wikis that he is an administrator or other rights.
UPDATE: He said no when I need to be unblocked. If I come to his other wikis, he will also block me.
