Víctor Ugarte (born October 31, 1976) is a Mexican actor specialized in dubbing, electronic engineering and locution.
He is the older brother of the dubbing actresses Xóchitl and Gaby Ugarte, father of the young actor Emiliano Ugarte, uncle of the young actress Constanza García and nephew of the veteran actor Eduardo Fonseca.
