Valpevenner is the Norwegian dub of Puppy Dog Pals. It has previously aired on Disney Channel and it is currently airing on Disney Junior; it is also available online on Disney+.

Valpevenner premiered with season 1 on Disney Junior (Scandinavia) along with the original, Danish, Dutch, Russian and Swedish versions in the respective audio tracks on 2018-01-22.
The dub then premiered on Disney Channel (Scandinavia) along with the original, Danish and Swedish versions in the respective audio tracks in 2018-03 and later reruns stopped without completing season 1.
