What a Cartoon! is an American animated series produced by Hanna-Barbera that originally aired on Cartoon Network from February 20, 1995 to November 28, 1997.

The series was a showcase of various animated shorts that were intended to return creative power to animators and artists. The cartoons in the series were later picked up by Cartoon Network and other networks, such as the Cartoon Cartoons, the Mina and the Count short for another series of shorts on fellow showcase series Oh Yeah! Cartoons and Larry and Steve, which was turned into Family Guy.
