Xavier Fagnon (born in November 22, 1972) is a French voice actor. He is notably the official voice of the actors: Seth Rogen, Rob Corddry, Matthew Fox, Danny Pino, B. D. Wong, Michael Weatherly, Dylan McDermott, Rory Kinnear, Anthony Michael Hall, and Jason Momoa, he also did one of the voices of Hugh Jackman, Richard Armitage, Ioan Gruffudd, and Jude Law. In various DC Comics projects, he is notably the voice of Azrael and Black Mask in the Batman: Arkham franchise games and the voice of Joker through animated films and series. In the animated projects, he is notably the voice of Mantis in the Kung Fu Panda franchise, and Skipper in the Madagascar franchise, including in the movie Penguins of Madagascar, and Mayor Lionheart in Zootopia. In the videogames, he is known for voicing Vito Scaletta in the Mafia trilogy.
